• We founded this family almost 1.5 years ago and currently there are +1300 people in the family (our family of 1000 people is closed), 60+ people are active daily. We do as many events as possible in one day, caravans, ports, family raids, money machine, territory captures, job wars, rp ticket factory, weapons factory. We attend all events daily. We want to increase our ranking, even now we are about to enter the top 10.

While cheating is an individual action, in this case it became a repeated pattern within your family. Several members participated in informal events and consistently dominated other players by using cheats, which significantly ruined the experience for those who were trying to enjoy the server fairly. Some of these members were later PC-checked and caught, which led to your family being blacklisted from Unofficial status.


You are now applying again, but it is unclear how your past actions are being justified. I would like to ask the following:

• What actions did you take to address and fix the issue of cheating within your family?
• You mention that your family follows an “open hotel” policy. If that is the case, how were cheaters able to reach high ranks within the family without proper monitoring or accountability?
• What concrete steps were taken to prevent such incidents from happening again?

Additionally, I would like to highlight the following case:
Rambo Flex Ban – Rejected - Ban For Helping Cheater | Sinister Armani


In this incident, your Deputy, Rambo Flex, was banned for actively helping a cheater. This is especially concerning because he was the highest-ranking member after you and also a co-owner of the family. His ban occurred only a few weeks ago.

• What actions did you take after this incident to ensure leadership accountability and prevent similar behavior in the future?

Furthermore, I do not believe that granting your family Unofficial support will help EN3 grow. Based on past behavior, there is a strong risk that it may once again negatively impact the server experience for other players.


In another forum post (Rejected - Unofficial Blacklist | Frost_Vukovic), you stated that your family had maintained a clean record for approximately 1.5 years before members were caught cheating. However, this forum post was created on 15 January 2026, while your Deputy and co-owner Rambo Flex was banned on 12 January 2026 for helping cheaters.


This raises a serious inconsistency:

• How can it be claimed that the family was “clean” when a senior leadership member was banned just three days earlier?
• Is it realistic to claim that the family was fully “cleaned” within three days?

Granting Unofficial status in this situation would be unfair to other players and families on the server. Many family owners have permanently lost their Unofficial eligibility due to similar incidents involving cheating, with no second chances given. Your family has already faced consequences for serious violations, and allowing another opportunity would set an inconsistent precedent.


I respectfully request that the Chief Admin, Deputy Chief Admin, and Curator of Admins carefully review this matter and consider the full history before making a decision.

First of all, I would like to clarify something, as false statements have been made in my name.


I did not receive a ban due to any cheats found in our family. Regarding this matter, Mr. Asrin and Floki personally reviewed my case and conducted a full PC check, which I passed cleanly.


As for the ban I received on January 12, two players in the gang I was playing with were found to be cheating. At that time, I was neither a deputy nor a leader, and I did not assist, help, or support those cheaters in any way.


In the forum thread below, it is clearly shown that I did not help those individuals in any manner:

Floki stated that the ban would remain not because I helped cheaters, but because I did not report them directly to the admins, and only informed the gang leader and deputy.


There is no assistance to cheaters here. As a turf leader, I informed my leader and deputy about the situation and told them that those players should be removed. Those individuals were banned one day later.


In short, my innocence is clear in this situation, but I still respect the final decision of the admins.


Additionally, this incident is not even directly related to me; it was an issue that occurred within the gang. It has no connection whatsoever to the Ozmens family.

That doesn't explain how does the cheaters were getting higher ranks.

As for you, you have been banned from en1 and en3 (now) for literally bad reasons. Blacklist#100 from en1 and now Helping cheater. You call your innocent then why you are still banned on the server? Admins have still not unbanned you because you are Guilty.

And for the Ozmens Family they are not different as well. These are not misleading statements, these are the reality of your character who have helped cheaters in the passed. Your gang had cheaters which have been proven when you got banned for it and your family also have cheaters when you guys got blacklisted from Unofficial Status.
