Dear Chief Admin,

I hope you are doing well.

I’m writing with humility and respect regarding my ban appeal (Rejected - Ban for GR 1.3 | Kira). I completely understand and respect the decision that was made. However, I feel that I may not have explained my situation clearly in my original appeal, which may have led to a misunderstanding. With your permission, I would like to gently clarify my perspective.

I fully understand that GR 1.3 results in a permanent ban, and I respect the seriousness of that rule. That said, I believe my case may have been wrongly understood and I strongly believe it doesn't qualify for GR 1.3 while respecting the admin's decision. My intention was never to scam or deceive anyone.

Please take your valuable time to read through, review the POVs and understand my side -

So, here my side of the story -

After the recent fishing event update, many players began listing items such as Level 3 fishing rods, top-quality metal, and Biospark at prices significantly higher than the displayed average market value. From my understanding, the average market price serves only as a reference/informational to give players a general idea of an item’s value, and actual prices can fluctuate based on demand and rarity. This practice was commonly visible in the beach market at the time.

Price of level 2 fishing rod set is 45k (avg market price was 4.360k), admin said no rule break -

Price of level 4 fishing rod -

In my case, I listed two Level 3 fishing rods for $250,000 each (please consider 5% tax charge, i.e. I would get $2,37.500) in my beach market shop/stall (while the average market price at that time was in decimal something around $25.xyz). I did not list the same item at two drastically different prices (one as $25.000 and other as $250.000 each), nor did I attempt to hide or manipulate pricing. Both rods were listed at the same value. My intention was clear and as was made as reaction of new event to have temporary market increase due to demand—not to mislead or exploit anyone.

I’d also like to mention that the common scam method—where one item is priced normally and another at an unusually high value to confuse buyers—is something I did not engage in. The videos shared by the media team highlight that specific behavior, which I carefully avoided.

Additionally, during my conversation with an admin, it was confirmed that the average market price is informational and that players are free to set prices higher based on demand and rarity. Unfortunately, I was AFK at the time the ban was issued, and by the time I returned, too much time had passed for me to capture an instant replay from my end or get a POV of my market shop/stall.

Conversation with an admin

In the below POV, the average market price of level 3 fishing rod is not even populating thus, punishing a player on the basis of average market price might deem to be invalid -

I have been part of this community for over two years, and during that time I’ve genuinely enjoyed being here. I’ve always made a conscious effort to follow the rules and respect the decisions of the admin team, even when they were difficult. This community means a lot to me, and I have never had any intention to harm it or take unfair advantage of other players.

I sincerely apologize if my actions appeared otherwise or caused concern. That was never my intention. I care deeply about this community and hope to continue being a positive part of it.

I respectfully ask if you would be willing to review my appeal once more or re-examine the POV that was shared during the decision process. Regardless of the outcome, I will fully respect and accept your final decision, knowing it was made fairly and without bias.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and for all the effort you put into maintaining the community.

With respect,
Sincerely
Momoshinki Marlega
