Good afternoon higher ups, i got sent to jail for this thread Reviewed - GR 6.4 + GR 6.15 + G.R 3.1 | 218982-103163.
In the provided evidence you can see at 22:37 after i tased the person, i proceed to put my weapon away and place him in cuffs. However right as i was cuffing him, the person pulled his weapon out to force me to do PG however it all happened at the same time so how was i supposed to know he was gonna pull out his weapon when he was tased ? The person should be punished for Fail RP and PG not me.

Note: He was not having a gun when he was running away, when animation of cuffing was happening he pulled out his weapon.
