1.)Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
•I want to quit rp life and become an admin because as it have been more than 1 year since I was a part of this project. I have experience in every org legal as well as in gangs.As I was the leader of Families and Marabunta and the both terms were succesful in En02 .Also I have deputy experience in city 2.
•After experiencing RP from the player side I really want to help maintain fair and better environment for everyone. My time in RP taught me server rules , player behaviour and different issues which players are facing and to improve it.
2.)What are your strengths?
•Rule knowledge and fair judgement - I understand RP rules deeply and can take calm and unbiased decisions in any situation.
•Communication and conflict handling - I can explain things clearly and listen to both sides and resolve the matter.
•Dedication and responsibility - I can stay active consistent and always.
3.)What are your weaknesses ?
• Trust issues
• Over excited
4.)What skills can you bring in admin team ?
•I will be honest and fair with everyone.
•I will help admin team in every possible aspect.
•Gonna guide and teach new players what to do and what not to do.
•To be the most active and regular one.
•By joining the admin team will allow me to stop rule breaks , reduce toxicity and make sure everyone gets equal and fair treatment. Also it will gain me a new experience.
