Hello

I would like to appeal the punishment I received under rule GR1.1.


My brother’s account (ID:490751) received the same punishment at the same time. We live in the same household and our computers are located side by side in the same room.


On the day of the incident, I had purchased new graphics cards and additional hardware parts. While testing these components on my brother’s computer, we temporarily switched computers so that his gameplay would not be interrupted during an in-game event, which is already visible in the system logs (Whale Hunt event).


During this short period, no account sharing, third-party access, or advantage-seeking behavior occurred. Each account was accessed only by its rightful owner. The login activity happened solely due to being in the same household and hardware testing.


As additional proof, I have recorded a video clearly showing both computers located next to each other in the same room.


I respectfully request a re-evaluation of this punishment, as there was no violation of rule GR1.1.
