It's clear that it's Event Rule 1.2 as he is not a Gang Member and he was killing me during an event in which he can't participate because NG Raid is LEOs vs Gangs. But I don't know why the Admin Rejected the forum saying no E.R. 1.2 as he was there to rob the base. How can he rob from raid if he is not part of the Raid? It doesn't make any sense. Please review the forum.

By admin's this logic, if anyone come and kill in store robbery, admin will reject the forum saying he was there to rob the store and the RP Continues.
Also, the other guy was driving his personal car during a Gang Event although I didn't mention it. Admin also didn't mention it.
