My previous post was requect cause no time stamp,so i wont report the same post but i m explain quick.... 15:15 city time ,1:42 on pov player ID 396665 show up near me a parking on SAQH area, a minute later 15:16 he disappear and dont know how he appear on truck base , after another minute a 15:17 he appear inside NG ,5:37 on pov . Impossible reach that point that fast the only i think had to say

Based off from your POV, there is no solid grounds to punish for GR 4.1 as the only proof we have is that you saw the player at two different locations and judging from the car, it is very possible that you can make the trip under the right conditions.
So the report lacks sufficient evidence to punish the other player for this.
