I am submitting this appeal regarding my 60-day ban for GR-1.3.
First of all, I believe that a 60-day punishment is extremely severe for this situation. There was no confirmed scam, no malicious intent, and no active RP interaction that would justify such a heavy punishment.
The original report against me was based on an accusation of scamming related to two pets listed on the market. One pet showed 1 day remaining and the other showed -1 day. However, I did not consider either of them as having meaningful remaining time and listed both as expired pets. For this reason, I set the same price for both items. I did not pay attention to the exact remaining time because I evaluated both pets as having their duration effectively finished.
Additionally, legendary pets are normally sold for significantly higher prices than 100k. The price I set was actually lower than the usual market value. My intention was not to deceive anyone, but simply to list them cheaply and sell them quickly. All information about the pets, including their remaining lifetime, was fully visible in the marketplace interface and nothing was hidden or manipulated.
The video evidence provided by the reporting player only shows them opening the market and checking item prices. I am not visible in the video and there is no interaction with me. There is no IC communication, no /me or /do actions, and no RP initiated at any point. Simply viewing market listings does not create an active RP situation.
Since there was no active RP interaction, it should not be possible to apply GR-1.3, as there was no RP situation to escape from.
Additionally, a 60-day ban will result in the loss of my houses and businesses due to property taxes expiring after 30 days. This creates a permanent and irreversible loss far beyond a normal punishment for this type of situation.
I fully respect the server rules and administration, and I am respectfully requesting a reconsideration or reduction of this punishment based on the evidence and circumstances.
