1. Why do you want to become an Assistant Admin?
I want to become an Assistant Admin because I enjoy ensuring that everyone receives help, regardless of their punishment history. I am responsible, easy to approach, and always ready to help when needed. I want to assist in solving problems, support both my friends and other players on the server help the server keep the fun while still ensuring rules are followed. This role would allow me to contribute more actively to the server while also developing my leadership and communication skills.

I can bring strong communication, fairness, and patience to the admin team. I remain calm in stressful situations and try to resolve conflicts in a fair and respectful way. I am approachable, active, and willing to help both players and staff whenever needed. My experience in multiple state and crime organizations also helps me understand different player perspectives, which allows me to handle situations more effectively.
