- Me Rex Federal, I have served in most respectful position in state as Us Marshall , I have served 01 terms in LSPD taught me that discipline is everything. I am applying for leader because I don't want to just sit back and stay the city stays unorganized.
- I have some well experienced people who will help me out in the whole term, I will make sure there will be no favoritism in my organizations. I will give good bonuses to the people who will attend events. I have both day and night shift friends so I will hire both day and night deputies.
- I will make a good team in Human Resource Department as that is the most important department according to me, Human Resource department is the only department w
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
3.1 By Encouraging The Proper Usage of / Commands To Enhance The RP.
3.2 By Having a Really Knowledgeable and Experienced HRT and IA Team Who Will Conduct Constant Training and Drills to Enhance The Quality of My Units Which Will make My Organization Unique.
3.3 By Making Sure That I Do most Internal Events Like Promotion Ceremony ICLY Which Will enhance The Role Play.
3.4 Breaking Laws Will Not Be Entertained Under My Leadership, Law Breaker Will be Punished Accordingly to The Crime Committed.
