As u can see in the POV when i was just joking with him, then i go to sit in my car then he suddenly cuff me.

It's the Game Issue simple. You pressed the "F" button to sit in the Car and I pressed the "Z" button to Cuff you at the SAME TIME so that's why this happened. No PG from my side. OR by your logic, you should also be punished for PG for sitting in your Car while cuffed.
Simply, you can't stop the animation once it started. You pressed "F" and I pressed "Z" and both animations started at the same time. Cry Harder!!
