I would like to clarify the situation from my side. The individual did not have a mask equipped. What is being claimed as a “mask” was face makeup, not a wearable mask item. Based on IC visibility, there was no mask to remove, so the mask-removal procedure was not applicable in this situation. Officers are required to remove a mask only if a mask item is visibly worn. Since no such item was present, I proceeded with standard procedures. Regarding the fine, wanted level, confiscation of illegal items, and passport check all actions were conducted according to standard LEO procedures after lawful detention. If the administration believes face makeup should be treated as a mask, I’m open to correction, but based on current understanding and visible IC evidence, my actions were justified.
