I am requesting the removal of the ban on my account because I believe I received my punishment unfairly. Please lift it because I will lose my home. Tomorrow is my last day; only 2 days are left, and there is already just 1 day.

Anti-AFK to go around a punishment is normal to give warning. Simply dont do it.
