I want to provide some clarification regarding the situation. My friends and I were joking around at the time, and the officer who detained my friend stated—also jokingly—that they were going to drop them off at DOC and leave them there. That is why, in the POV, you can see me walking alongside them.
I also want to note that they uploaded the exact same POV that the previous admin instructed them to provide for context. Because of this, I feel somewhat targeted by the sudden change in how the situation is being handled.
Additionally, I typically do not receive punishments of this nature. I’m unable to remove one of the warnings due to having already used my prime on a previous warn that was overturned. Given the circumstances, the punishment feels slightly unfair—especially since they initially stated they were not going to post the situation, only to later submit it in a way that appears directed at me.
I have message evidence showing them saying they were going to let my friend go and simply leave them, which supports what I’m explaining here.
I fully acknowledge that I broke rules, and I take responsibility for that. I’m not disputing my own actions. My question is whether the messages demonstrating their improper or biased handling of the situation would be considered valid in reviewing the punishment.
