Oliver Snow was born in India. He moved to Los Santos at the age of 14 to pursue higher education. While he was completing his diploma, his parents visited him in the city but were tragically killed during a store robbery shootout. The case was handled by his friend’s father, a police officer, who successfully brought justice for his parents’ murder. After their death, Oliver was placed in an orphanage. He often visited his friend’s house, where he learned more about law enforcement and began admiring his friend’s father and the life of a police officer. Seeing Oliver’s dedication and interest, his friend’s father supported him and paid for his police academy fees and training, helping him take his first steps toward becoming a cop and honoring his parents’ memory.

Oliver joined the police academy and completed his training, becoming a police officer with the San Andreas Highway Patrol. After joining the SAHP, he worked his way up through dedication and later moved into a different field by joining the FIB, where he continued to progress through hard work. Within the FIB, Oliver joined Human Resources, which became his preferred department, and also took part in undercover operations due to his strong interest in that line of work. Over time, the pressure and workload became overwhelming, so he stepped away and began studying to pursue a career as a lawyer, a field in which he excelled and eventually became a Lead State Attorney. After that, Oliver frequently switched careers between the FIB and the legal field, taking breaks in between. Now, Oliver has decided to return to the SAHP and continue his service there.
