Han Blackout was born in Turkey's Mediterranean region. Han was involved in drug trafficking in Turkey. Later, when he came under police surveillance, Han wanted to get rid of all his savings. He converted all his savings into cryptocurrency and fled to Los Santos. Wanting to live a quiet life there, Han failed to achieve this. In Los Santos, he immediately set up a drug network with people he met and started selling drugs there for a new rise. He later bought a house and began producing drugs there, naming his product “Black.” This highly sought-after drug earned him a fortune. He now wanted to be a big shot on the streets, and Killa and Furi, whom he met, found him weapons and gang members. Han thus founded the BLACKOUT family, named after his drug. They quickly became influential on the city streets, and now the city streets were theirs. He wanted to grow this wealth even further.
