Hello, I realize there was a attempt or notification to the server of a possible chargeback on my account 496212 with an account lock dated 01/02/26 that I received on 1/31/26. I continued playing up until 1/31/26 so this was definitely a shock to me. It was a mistake/unauthorized on behalf of one of my credit cards stating, "unknown merchant", and did this as a "security measure" for my protection, something that I have never experienced nor asked them to do. I reached out to them and advise them that this is not fraud however, I understand that by them initiating an alert rather they have taken the funds yet has caused more harm than help. I have no intent to get a refund or free items. My Statement still show that I owe the credit card company and that no money has been refunded to me or taken from the server or project. I Can assure you that something like this won't ever happen again. However, if it's just not showing up on my end and the server reflects it, I am willing to pay back the full amount immediately to have my account unlocked and progress saved without wipe or interruption. I value my account, enjoy contributing to the server and the time I have spent becoming almost 40-year-old female in game during a very short time due to my dedication in role play. I am willing to cooperate with any receipts or proof required to reinstate. My apologies for this awful mistake and thank you for your time and consideration.
