I have applied for admin in EN 3

it got rejected, says I am blacklist in EN 2 so I cant be admin there but I remember that I didn't did any rule break that leads me to admin blacklist. I got banned for GR 6.3 (Helping). I know it was my mistake, but I don’t think I should be admin blacklisted for that. please reconsider my blacklist and gimme a chance to be admin. thanks !
