Approved Shooting without demands, FL and Fear RP | 521908 & 528698

ID 521908 was our debt target so, my teammate and I were creating an RP situation to collect the debt from the target until our debt collecting van arrives at our location.
Suddenly at 0:26 ID 521908 started pointing out gun at my friend and shot him dead and next they shot me aswell without any kind of proper demands.
After shooting us, at 0:46 they both (IDs 521908 & 528698) also spoke in FL breaking the RP.
Later at 8:18 the debt target (ID 521908) had forcefully left the city leading to Fear RP.
