Dear Administration,
I am writing to appeal my ban for "Anticheat #820." I believe this ban was a false positive triggered by a severe network instability. I play the game using a mobile hotspot, which occasionally suffers from high ping and sudden packet loss.
At the time of the ban, I experienced a connection timeout. I did not use any prohibited software or attempt to bypass any game mechanics. I have always enjoyed playing on the EN2 server fairly.
I kindly request that you review the server logs for my connection status at the time of the incident. You should see a "Timed Out" or "Connection Lost" status rather than a manual exit. I am happy to provide any further information or undergo a PC check if necessary.
Thank you for your time and for considering my request.
Best regards,
Kelvin Advocate
