Jesse picks things up fast-faster than most people realize. She adapts in new places without missing a beat. Fear? Doesn’t really faze her. She’ll jump into danger if she has to, no second guessing. Give her a gun and she’s surprisingly precise for someone her age. She’s trained in martial arts and parkour, so she moves fast, dodges well, and always seems to find a way through. She works just fine on her own or with a team. People notice her small size, but she’s way stronger than she looks. She pays attention, always curious about how things work-systems, cities, the stuff everyone else ignores. And when she decides to do something, she doesn’t stop until she gets there.
Weaknesses :
Jesse has a temper. Controlling her emotions? Not her strong suit. When pressure builds, she sometimes breaks down. Trusting people isn’t easy for her either. Career Story :
Jesse Volkov rolled into the city mostly out of curiosity. The place had this pull-so much going on, so much underneath the surface. She wanted to figure it out, to see what made it tick. Wandering around, she stumbled into SAHP. Something about the group caught her attention and, honestly, she just wanted some company in this new place. At first, she joined to meet people and shake off the loneliness. But once she got involved, her abilities showed up in a big way. She learned fast-martial arts, parkour, firearms-she picked up new skills almost as quickly as they could teach her. Even though she was young and small, she made it clear she could handle herself. The real challenge for Jesse isn’t what she can do-it’s what she feels. Her anger flares up and gets out of hand, messing with missions and friendships. She wants to be part of the group, to fit in, but her trust issues and emotional crashes keep people at arm’s length. Now, Jesse sticks with SAHP for more than just the company. She’s here to get stronger, to finally understand the city, and, maybe most of all, to figure out how to control herself. Every mission isn’t just about the job-it’s a test to see if she can keep her anger in check and really use her strengths.
Outcomes:

2- Jesse can sell and buy illegal weapons/illegal items in the black market. (Following GR 6.3)
3- Jesse can lie or deny to suspects about calling a lawyer and still process them without calling a lawyer.
4- Jesse can take bodycams off of officers and civilians to prevent her disclosure. (try to find the bodycam max twice per situation, and then /do to destroy it)
5- Jesse can intimidate, threaten, or mildly torture suspects who resist giving intel (with Proper RP; in line with Server rules)
6- Jesse can sell information and remove stars off of people and lower their sentence to gang members and her friends.
7- Jesse carries duct tape in her bag which she can use to stop individuals in custody to stop talking. (”/try applies duct tape on the mouth” – 2x / situation)
8- Jesse can use drugs and illegal weapons on and off duty as well as undercover to fit the role of being a gangster.
9- Jesse can take part in family activities like ghetto clapping, pickpocketing, and robbing people and be biased towards family and friends. (Ghetto clapping will be off duty) (Following GR 6.3, GR 6.16, GH 1.8, and SR 5.5)
