Hello dear Chief,

My appeal was rejected with the reason Requirements not met but as far as I understand, I am already leader/admin blacklisted in EN 2, which was confirmed in the reply to my last application (EN 3)

I would like to kindly ask for the exact reason why I received the leader/admin blacklist. I am not trying to argue the decision I just want to understand what I did wrong

If possible, I respectfully ask for one last chance to prove myself. I’m ready to take whatever punishment you think is fair, including money wipe or account wipe
