Life Story:
RedDawn was born in Turkey and moved to Los Santos when he was still very young He grew up in Los Santos and adapted to the city quickly His relationship with his family was not good but his skill with firearms amazed everyone One day he left home and stepped into the dangerous streets of Los Santos There he gained more experience and hardened himself Later he received the news that his family had been killed by the criminal side Even though he had left home he still loved his family so the news devastated him That moment gave him an idea to become a police officer and take revenge for his family RedDawn shows no mercy and never trusts anyone other than himself
Career Story:
RedDawn started his career in the SAHP He became a Detective directly by using money and influence RedDawn participated in many missions and carried out high risk operations but IB was not enough for him so he joined the FIB and transferred to the UC and DEA units He was promoted to Chief Inspector after proving his success in these departments RedDawn took over the department by dismantling the biggest drug cartel and this major success earned him a great amount of trust within the FIB Now everything was accessible to RedDawn and he could fully focus on his ultimate goal like revenge...
Outcomes:
1- RedDawn can frighten and disrespect anyone as gang members do and family rob/ shoot / do illegal things in the ghetto. (Keeping in mind toxicity, Gen 6.10 and 6.19)
2- RedDawn can cuff people/leos to break their bodycams ( /try and /do commands twice per situation) and/or kill them if his identification is at risk. (Valid Reason) (no targeting, no PG)
3- RedDawn can take bribes up to 100k , ask for guns, ammo and illegal items.
4- RedDawn can add or remove people in wanted list, remove previous reasons for being arrested, give fines or arrest anyone that he wants and can suggest them to give him bribes such as money or their guns to get free. ( with proper RP and IC reason to arrest no MG )
5- RedDawn can break IC Laws and able to use his position in LSPD
6- RedDawn can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping.
7- RedDawn can arrest someone for fake charges/capture them if he severely dislikes them, or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe)
8- RedDawn can lie about requesting a lawyer to a 10-15 and instead process them, as well as not show his ID to conceal his identity.
9- RedDawn can use illegal weapons and items on/off duty and can sell illegal weapons/items that he picked up off gang/family members.
