I am the bounty killer and I was chasing the player with ID 230658. My goal was to kill him and collect the reward, but I received a penalty for reasons I don't understand, because I didn't shoot at the police, I didn't hit him with my car, or do anything that would concern the police. The player with ID 230658 had a reward on him, and I tried to kill him. As seen in the video, I didn't shoot at the police at all. The player next to me with ID 529646 shot at him; I don't know him. My goal was to collect the reward; I didn't shoot at the police. If you watch the video from 2:30 onwards, it is clearly seen that I shot at the player with the reward. If you can check, I later shot and killed player ID 230658 and sent him to jail.
