2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 i want to become the leader of Ballas because i have been in city for a long time now and right now i am deputy of Marabunta Grande and was under deputy many times in different gangs helping gang leaders with various events like clands, battle ships, subs and FZ's and i see city need some serious gang leaders who can run a gang without breaking rules and by creating a nice friendly atmosphere if my gang didnt break any rule it will be good for the whole server including leo's.
2.2 and why especially Ballas because it was my second gang i joined when i was new to the city and till now i have been joining ballas every time and helping in many ways possible
2.3 i will try to keep my org as clean as possible by hiring good experienced deputy no first timers that have knowledge about how things work in this server turfs managing events and all.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
i will completely kill favouritism from my gang to make space for newbies that are looking to gain a good gang experience by giving them bonus and encouraging them to dont be toxic and follow the server rules and in ghetto we will keep good activity with no rule break and i will make sure all of our gang members are on good terms and Communicating is good in the gang.
