1. I want to be the leader here because I was only on the state side in this city, but when I was the undercover deputy head of the department (CID), I learned a lot about the gang—how the gang operates, what the gang's purpose is, what the gang is, what the gang does—I learned everything.
2. I know everything about the gang in the state—the good and the bad—because I know them well. I know what they will do, what they are capable of, what they have, and what their limits are. My gang will be ready for this kind of thing.
