I reported a player for RDM, but I was punished for alleged metagaming, which I believe is incorrect. At the time, I was on Discord with a friend who is not playing on the server. It was late at night, and I was simply showing him around and explaining how the server works, how to join, and what players can generally do. I did not share any in-game information, locations, player actions, or gain any advantage from Discord. Being in a call with a friend who is not on the server does not constitute metagaming, and I believe the punishment was unfair.
