Hello Grand RP Administration Team,
I respectfully submit this appeal regarding my 30-day ban on account ID 139449 for self-promotion in Prime Chat.
The situation occurred because I wrote my friend’s YouTube channel name in Prime Chat. At that moment, I was completely unaware that even mentioning a channel name counts as self-promotion and is strictly against server rules. I understand now that this was a violation, and I take full responsibility for my action.
However, I kindly ask you to consider that there was no malicious intention behind it. I was not trying to advertise professionally, gain profit, or harm the server environment. It was simply a careless mistake due to my lack of full understanding of the rule. I truly did not realize it would result in such a serious punishment.
I sincerely believe this was not a major offense done with bad intent, and I humbly ask for a second chance. Grand RP means a lot to me — I have invested my time, effort, and dedication into this server, and I genuinely enjoy being part of the community. I have carefully reviewed the rules now and clearly understand them. I promise this will never happen again.
I respectfully request you to please reconsider my punishment and, if possible, reduce or remove the ban. I assure you that I will strictly follow all server rules in the future.
