I was minding my own business walking through the city when the following violations occurred:
Player 235573 committed CR (Car Ramming) by intentionally hitting me with their vehicle while I was on foot.
Immediately after, Player 61945 committed RDM (Random Deathmatch) by killing me without any prior RP interaction or valid legal reason.

Both actions completely ruined the RP experience and violated server rules. Please review the provided POV and take appropriate action. Thank you.
