2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?​

Reason 1:
Families is a street gang that depends on loyalty, respect, and teamwork. I like this type of RP because it is realistic and not about random shooting. I want to build Families as a serious gang with proper structure and discipline.


Reason 2:
I have experience handling people and managing groups. I know how to keep members active, respectful, and following rules. As a leader, I will make sure everyone knows their role and follows the chain of command.


Reason 3:
I want to create good RP for the server. Families can be involved in turf wars, alliances, conflicts with other gangs, and RP with civilians and law enforcement. My goal is to create planned and meaningful RP, not low-effort situations.
