Ottoman was born in a los santos at the mension and when he was 12 his father dies and then the crisis of his family started they dont have anyone home because the sold it to get some money they have nothing to eat and andrew being only men of the house altho he is only 12 but he usually sell the snacks on thr dark full with crime street of streets of los santos one day a random guy came and killed his mother whe she was sleeping in the street and from then ottoman's main focus was the find and torture that guy till his deaths

Ottoman was 12 year old when that happen and now he is 18 at first he joined Military to find the guy who hurt his mother but he failed and also by the time he loses focus in Military and ha has some enemies in the military who are not straight forward enemies but they are snakes and after that he tried and suceeded in his struggle to Joine Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB) and every thing is going all good when the director changed and the guy who became director was actually the guy who hurted his mother and and tried and killed that director and director changed again and the new director is actully very friendly guy who always respect his jrs

1- Ottoman Can Search suspect For their Bodycam and break them by smashing them in ground by using (/Try finds the bodycam of a person infront of him and break it and /Do Bodycam is broken) twice per situation
2-OttomanDont have to Follow the 10-15 procidure like reading the marinda rights,introducing himself and reading the charges
