2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

Ans:a) I want to be a leader of this organization because I enjoy responsibility and teamwork.
I want to help build a disciplined, active group that follows roleplay rules and sets a good example.
This is my first time as a leader, and I’m motivated to learn, improve, and give my best to the organization.

b) I want to become a leader of this organization to challenge myself and grow as a player.
I believe good leadership comes from fairness, communication, and leading by example.
Even though this is my first time, I am dedicated to learning quickly and keeping the organization active and professional.

c) I want to lead this organization because I care about structure, respect, and strong roleplay.
My goal is to create an organized team where members feel supported and motivated.

3.Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Ans:a) I would improve roleplay by encouraging members to stay in character at all times and respect RP rules.
Regular trainings and roleplay scenarios would help members gain experience and confidence.
I would also lead by example and correct mistakes calmly to maintain high RP quality.

b) I would focus on communication and realistic roleplay interactions within the organization.
Organizing regular events and scenario-based trainings would help members improve their RP skills.
By setting clear expectations and leading by example, the RP level of the organization will increase.

c)I would improve roleplay by creating clear standards and making sure everyone understands proper RP behavior.
Frequent practice through patrols, events, and realistic scenarios would help members develop naturally.
I would also give feedback and support to help members learn from mistakes and grow.
