got a warning for RDM, because of this topic - Approved - RDM, MG, UB Demands | 480054, 422370, 422438

long story short :
me and my friend were giving SAHP demands to uncuff a person they cuffed her. demands were given, it's hearable even his own bodycam.
as I heard the countdown and demands, of course, I opened fire, because I clearly heard the countdown and the demand - to uncuff.
it wasn't a green zone, it wasn't a place we couldn't give demands.
sorry, but I don't need and I will not ask a person "hey sir, do you hear my demands? is your headset good enough?"
hope you understand, everything seemed simple.
sometimes we all make mistakes, including me, but it definitely wasn't planned deliberately. if I wasn't sure I was right ths time, I wouldn't have done this.
nor my friend who's really experienced in city rules and he's one of the nicest person in the city.
