I hope I’m not disturbing you…
I have a question.
On 14/08/2025 I had a PC check on my twink and also on my main. I refused both the first one because I wasn’t at the computer, and on my main because I wanted to AFK bot and was then pulled immediately.
A few days ago, I received a permanent ban from you with the reason “Refused.” However, I’m wondering why I received 9999 days and not just 60 days, which is normally the case for a refusal.
So far, I have only been banned for a longer period once, which was 60 days for bug abuse. After that, I submitted an unban request, which was approved. During that process, I was informed by you to act respectfully and fairly toward other players.
I would never consider cheating or hiding anything from the administrators, especially since I have already invested over €500 into the game (battle pass, crates, etc.) and also planned to play and complete the upcoming battle passes. Of course, this is not meant to be an excuse for my punishment, but I really miss playing Grand.
I have earned many things, for example I spent over 200 hours at the Omerta event, and I would never cheat in a game. That is not in my interest. I have always behaved fairly toward other players and also regularly communicated with administrators regarding POV requests or other topics. Additionally, I diligently submitted tickets whenever I noticed something suspicious.
I won’t beat around the bush any further.
Is there a chance for an unban?
I really miss playing this game with my (in-game) friends, and also with my (OOC) friends, whom I introduced to the game and who now have to play without me.
