I would like to appeal the Security Ban that was placed on my account.
I returned to Grand RP after being inactive for nearly two years. On the day I came back, I played normally for a short period of time, approximately from 8:30 AM until around 9 or 10 PM, then I logged out and went to sleep.
When I tried to log into my account the next day, I found that my account had received a Security Ban.
During my time playing that day, I did not violate any server rules, did not use any third-party software, and played normally. I believe this ban may have been triggered by a security system due to my long inactivity, a new login, or suspicious activity detected automatically.
I never shared my account with anyone. If my account was compromised during my long absence, I am fully ready to secure it by changing all passwords, enabling 2FA, and following any security steps required by the administration.
I kindly ask you to review my case and help me regain access to my account.
