I hope you are doing well. I am writing this message with full respect to explain my situation and kindly ask you to reconsider the ban on my account. I want to clearly state that I never used Auto Keyboard to cheat or to gain any unfair advantage. One of the keys on my keyboard is broken, and I was forced to use this program only as a temporary solution so I could continue playing normally. I truly had no other option at the time.
I am an honest player, and I genuinely respect the rules of the server. I have never had any intention to ruin the server, break the rules, or negatively affect other players. On the contrary, I really love playing on GrandRP and enjoy spending my time here. I have also invested my own money into the server, which shows that I care about it and want to continue playing fairly and long-term. Someone who pays and supports the server is not someone who wants to destroy it or cheat.
Getting banned honestly hurt me a lot, because I know deep inside that I did not do anything wrong intentionally. I was simply trying to deal with a hardware problem, not exploit the game. I would never risk my account or my reputation on the server for cheating. If using Auto Keyboard is considered a rule violation, I completely understand now, and I sincerely promise that I will never use it again under any circumstances. I am fully ready to follow all server rules strictly from now on.
