Devin grew up in a big city in the United States. His child hood was rough at times but not all the time. Devin had many friends who he enjoyed hanging out with. Devin grew up without a father in his life because he left shortly after he was born. Devin enjoyed spending time with his friends because it took his mind off of the stress at home without a dad. He spent his time hustling to earn money for his mom. One day Devins mom got a job offer in Los Santos which is where they moved for Devins high school years which was tough leaving all of his friends behind. Devin started getting friends here and there but kept his head down in school studying every day so he would not have to worry about the things his mom had to. As Devin got older he felt happy with what his life had become from his old days when he had to worry abut paying his bills to now thriving in Los Santos. The lessons he learned along the way helped him gain as much know age and strength that he has now which helped him turn his life around.

Devins childhood had ups and downs that helped him form into the man he is today. Devin always knew since he was young that he wanted to be a police officer which is the reason he joined the SAHP police academy right out of high school. Devin loved his job giving out tickets, arresting people, climbing the ranks and earning money doing the thing he loves most. Devin was a workaholic he would trade his sleep just so he could pull double shifts so that the streets would stay clean. But as Devin was climbing the ranks he started to see the dark side of being an police officer. He saw a way to spice up his day to day and make it less repetitive and earn some quick money. He learned how to sell a lie like it was the truth and manipulate his way out of sticky situations. From being once SAHPs best trooper to now one of the gangs favorite officers. Devins heart turned to ice not caring about anyone or anything that got in his way. Now people whisper when they are around Devin not wanting him to hear what they are saying worrying that they could be next. Even though there are rumors about Devin people can never fully prove who he really is.
Outcomes:
1. Devin Saint can help his friends or family members to flee if they are being detained.
2. Devin Saint can lie about requesting a lawyer to a 10-15 and instead process them, as well as not show his ID to conceal his
identity.
3. Devin Saint can arrest someone for fake charges/capture them if she severely dislikes them, or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe)
