Hello Higher-Ups,
I would like to request a review/clarification regarding the RDM ruling involving Floki.
I had an active bounty on the individual and had been following him for approximately 10–15 minutes. I located him at the black market and waited until he exited the area before initiating interaction.
Once outside, I issued verbal demands as required, allowing the necessary 5 seconds for compliance before taking any action. From my POV, the individual did not attempt to flee or comply, and I did not initiate any random or instant engagement.
My intention was to carry out proper roleplay under the bounty system and follow escalation rules, not to random deathmatch. If there was an issue with my escalation, demand clarity, timing, or the location itself, I would appreciate clarification so I can avoid repeating the mistake in the future.
