Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 -I willy Gill personally taking this Gang because i have strong memories with this Gang. When i was new in city i first join gang gain knowledge and attend Events store robberies i start learning the rules. and when for the first time i get under deputy(9) i get to know that there are lot of jobs and responsibilities of a high command. and now i want to served the city and clap the leos as a leader of gang
2.2- In Gang Side People are Just join gang and don’t come for event for that i have good plan giving good Bonus and Leading this gang to top. In My term I will personally focus on Graffiti which is ignore but in my term will hire team for graffiti and Make sure to Make whole city purple
2.3- if i get the term i will be giving my 100% to make this term a active and wonderfull by complying with all the rules and the higher-ups. i dont support favoritism so i will try to hire my high commands (deputy's) who atleast have a good level of knowledge about gang.
Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1- By Teaching People about gang and Giving them experience so they can also lead gang in future
3.2- if i get the term i will be giving a task to my deputies that they should take interview of the high commands so that they would never make a any mistakes.
3.3- Doing 100% Turf without any issue
3.4- Completing weekly task in given time and comply with my higher-ups
3.5- Paint Whole Ghetto with Purple (graffiti Areas)
3.6- By Making Negotiation Long and Making State to decide and Doing rp at that time it increase it.
3.7- Hiring active members and give a good number of bonuses for attending events.
