Admin made the wrong decision. The guy didn't give us any demands and started shooting the moment i entered the store while responding to an ATM Robbery.

ATM robberies can be Kill on sight
For the side who is doing the ATM robbery, they can shoot as soon as they see the police cars approaching to the place.
For police officer side, If you see the atm robbers holding guns for an IC reason then you can open fire. If there are no guns in hand then Leos need to do proper RP in that situation by detaining/searching people close to the place.
