Life Story: Balik, began his life in Sivas as the son of a poor family. His life began in a village in Sivas. He spent all his time herding sheep and going to school. This continued, and time passed. He had grown up. Poverty had led him into illegal work, and so he met his best friend and fled to America with him. In America, he worked as a cashier and did many other jobs. and thus he had developed, and eventually he would apply to SAHP.
Carrer Story : Balik, When he started his life in America, he was working on some jobs and came across an SAHP application. After that, his life changed. SAHP had done incredible work and he had been promoted. As time went on, he was transferred to LSPD. Thus, his LSPD career began. Here, he became the number one employee in Human Resources and eventually became the head of Human Resources. After that, he was transferred to the FIB. After doing important things there, he joined Human Resources there and then returned to LSPD. He was bored now He had no money and urgently needed cash so he had to resort to corruption
Outcomes:
1- Balik can take bribes (up to $100,000 and also ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe).,
2- Balik can arrest someone for fake charges IF he severely dislikes them or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons and nothing too severe).
3- Balik can buy, sell, loot, and use illegal firearms and items (armor, guns, drugs, and engine blockers) while on or off duty. (buying or selling in BM or exchange (off duty only)(org items isn't included)
4- Balik will do anything possible to help his family and close friends. Release them if they are in cuffs, drop their charges and let them escape.
5- Balik has the same ability to frighten and disrespect anyone as gang members do (Keeping in mind toxicity, Gen 6.10 and 6.19)
6- Balik can take bribes for anything that needs to be done for example removing the stars from a wanted criminal, smuggling a prisoner from the DOC, reducing the sentence, or increasing the sentence. ( remove prisoner from doc will be done through the dark net ) ( No favors, you are corrupt, only bribes. Only charges from the Penal Code, no random reason ),
7- Balik can refuse to show his ID to any civilian and any other org's Leo’s to save himself while doing corruption
