Hello.
I am filing this complaint regarding the ban issued on my account.

Reason of punishment: Ban for Third-Party Software (Auto Keyboard)

I would like to explain that I used Auto Keyboard without any intention to gain an unfair advantage. One of the keys on my keyboard was not functioning properly, and I used this software as a temporary solution to continue playing. I understand that using third-party software may violate server rules.

I respect the rules of the server and the administration. I enjoy playing on GrandRP and I have also supported the server financially, which shows that I am interested in continuing to play fairly and correctly, not in breaking the rules or harming the server.

After receiving the ban, I realized my mistake. I sincerely apologize for this violation and I confirm that I will not use any third-party software again under any circumstances.

I respectfully ask you to reconsider the ban and give me another chance.
