479256 did NLR, 489031 did CL and NLR, the time stamps below show the time in which the rule viololations occured in the video proof:
NLR 478256 - At 0:06 478256 is dead on the floor, a few seconds later he is sent to the hospital, but then at 7:54 in the video you can see he came back from PH.
NLR 489031 - At 0:52 in the video he is killed, and at 6:23 in the video he is back.
CL 489031 - At 6:34 in the video he clearly does CL to avoid getting robbed.
