My forum appeal has been approved however, the punishment issued by Mr. Biomask King was unfair and requires reconsideration.
I was punished (187100) for Metagaming (MG). I was connected to Discord, but I did not call anyone for help, nor did I ask anyone to patch me. As you are aware, almost every individual in the city uses Discord or mails to stay connected with their organization or family members.
Metagaming is defined as using Out-of-Character information in an In-Character situation (for example, privately informing a friend about your IC location while in trouble). I did not use any OOC information in IC at any point.
Regarding mixing, I never mentioned any OOC topic in IC. Every word I spoke in voice chat was strictly IC-related. Whenever I communicated with my friend through mails, my IC microphone was turned off.
For provoking, I accept that I provoked them, but it remained within reasonable limits and did not cross RP boundaries.
Concerning Fail RP (Talking While Dead), I used Non-RP chat to type “ezzy.” Non-RP chat exists specifically for communication outside roleplay, so this should not be considered Fail RP.
It was also stated that:
Under these circumstances, this situation should be RDM or Mercy Killing considerations.
If this is still not considered UB demands or RDM, then I sincerely apologize. However, if such actions are treated as valid it would effectively turn the entire city into a ghetto or force you to turn whole city in a greenzone.

The house was not even owned by them Despite this they shot me immediately on the count of 5,4,3 without giving proper or meaningful demands. like (5,4,3,2,1, and then they can shoot)Cannot Consider it as Mercy Killing as well
Under these circumstances, this situation should be RDM or Mercy Killing considerations.
