2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 i want to become leader because i really want to gain experience of leadership i was marabunta deputy and it was very fun in illegal side of the city. if i get selected for SANG Leader it will a great opportunity to be a leader. the role of leader will give me a chance to prove my leading skills in a big scale and i believe that i can lead the SANG properly and smoothly.
2.2 SANG is a main core organization of the state. it have the ability to provide ammos to the state organizations also I have good amount of knowledge that i can use in my term. i have some friends who will help me from my back to make my term great and successfully.
2.3 Activity and result will be on top, i will make sure that every organization is getting ammunition according to there needs, i will make sure to that i will give my 100% supports to the state organizations so that we can control the crime with the weapons.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
3.1 Hiring both time deputies day and night so SANG will be active at 24/7.
3.2 I will make sure that all the state organization's warehouse is full with ammunition's.
3.3 i will make sure that every one is following the Chain of Commands.
3.4 i will make sure that all the new trainers are getting trained properly.
3.5 i will make sure that my soldier are responding are to all the situation.
3.6 at last i will make sure that if i get the term i will make it the best term of SANG.
