Event Narrative
Having received credible Intelligence from multiple Law Enforcement Agencies, the State Governor was illegally held captive by a Criminal Organization and transported to Cayo Perico where they were being held in a heavily guarded Mansion.
The Criminal Organization placed a high contactable price on Negotiating with Law Enforcement, as they were willing to negotiate for the safety of the Governor. Due to the High-Risk status of the Incident, LEO Command approved the amalgamation of negotiation & tactical response.
LEO Units were mobilized to Cayo Perico Airport in 5-6 unmarked & tactical vehicles to the surrounding Manson, with Armed LEO Units being armed with SMG's & Body Armored (vest). From the airport all LEO underwent Tactical Procedures for convoy to Manson conducting under Radio Silence.
Upon arrival at the Manson, Negotiations began between LEO and the Negotiators on site from Life to Law, with the first conflict arising out of a lack of overall clarity between negotiating parties, causing tensions to escalate between gang representatives & LEO.
Negotiations halted abruptly and escalated immediately into an armed conflict between LEO's & the gang using 9mm/SMG, thus creating an active combat zone.
The team of LEO officers moved towards the residence in a tactical manner to secure all points of entry while also trying to remove the Governor safely and eliminate any remaining threats by the gang. Several members of the gang made a strong effort to defend the residence using all terrain covered by the residence.
