Hope you both are doing well. I respectfully ask that you read this fully. It’s been almost a month since I was banned
Ive been playing on EN1 for almost four years with a clean punishment history over nearly four years of play.
some of friends of mine invited me to play on EN3, so I created an EN3 account for the first time. I went to arena for warm-up and Right after this I was banned for cheats by an EN3 admin (Shisui Vukovic) without any confrontation or PC check.
My assumption is that he must have banned me because he thought that a new account performing well must be cheating. After this, I was also banned on EN1 as well, despite my long and clean punishment history here. I immediately submitted an unban appeal on EN3 and clearly stated that I am fully ready for a PC check at any time. But the appeal was rejected by Bobby Pluxury for the first time but when I made another appeal, provided my recent povs and evrything. (Rejected - Ban For Cheats | Shisui Vukovic)
I was told by Bobby Pluxury to contact Eray via Discord DMs. I contacted him and waited almost 24 hours without a response. I then messaged again and received a reply after 26+ hours, iforming me that he will text me between 19:00-22:00. still got no response from him. I informed Bobby that Eray was not responding, but I received no reply from Bobby as well.
when I checked my forum again, it was rejected with the message: "Rejected. After further check into the evidence and confirmation, no PC check needed, punishment remains and is not appealable." i dnt know what evidence he has all i did was play arena with a newly made account and i got kills there bcoz im a good shooter thats all i did.
but then i thought there may have been information or claims shared about me that influenced the decision, as otherwise there would need to be another clear reason for my ban. I know that I did not use any cheats, and if this is the case, I am confident I can prove that this was a misunderstanding. I have all my latest POVs available and am fully willing to provide them for review as ive provided many already so they can be properly examined. but still it got ignored.
I feel like my ban on EN1 isn’t fair since it’s only because of what happened on EN3. I tried to resolve this on EN3 first, but ive been ignored for a month now. which is why I’m reaching out here.
I’ve never used cheats on any server. I have a clean punishment history on EN1 and I’ve reported a lot of cheaters through admin tickets before. You can check that — I’m not someone who cheats or supports it, I actually hate cheating and always report it.
All I’m asking for is a PC check, or at least some clarity on why I’m being banned
I know you’ll probably say I need to get unbanned in EN3 first, but I already tried. They’re not listening and ignoring me. I even talked with Jonny Odds, and he said the same thing to talk to the EN3 admins.
Since day one when I got banned on 10th January, I’ve literally tried reaching out, but no EN3 admin has responded or helped me at all till this day.
