Hello, Curator of the project,
I am writing to formally appeal my ban and to clarify the circumstances surrounding it.
My overall Pc check was due to apparently being in god mode, which from the POV looked suspicious, I agreed to the PC check to show that I was not cheating and that it was a bug, I even msged in admin pannel to check my hp bar; on the same subject of being in the arena and being accused of cheats I was dying to other people.
Over a month ago, I was banned from EN1 for GR 1.6. At the time of that ban, I was also still a member of a Discord server known as “Unexpected Store.” I want to be clear that I did not realize at that time that simply being in that Discord was considered a violation or could lead to a permanent ban. Once I later understood that remaining in such a Discord could result in more severe punishment, I immediately left the server.
I would also like to state clearly that I have never purchased cheats from this Discord, nor did I ever intend to buy cheats. The Discord was related to in-game money, not cheating software, and no cheats were ever found on my PC during the check. The PC check itself did not uncover any cheating activity.
Regarding server eligibility, I spoke directly with Jonny Odds about this situation, and I was informed that it was acceptable for me to continue playing on EN2, but not EN1, due to the prior GR 1.6. Based on that conversation, I believed I was complying fully with the rules.
My understanding is that the current ban is based on my presence in the Discord server, which I had already left over a month ago and before realizing the full implications. There was no intent to break rules, no cheating software involved, and no continued association once I became aware of the issue.
I take the server rules seriously and have learned from this situation. I respectfully ask that my case be reconsidered, as the ban appears to be based on a misunderstanding rather than any active or intentional violation.
Thank you for your time and for reviewing my appeal.
