I was chasing this player for his bounty, when he crashed his car i jumped out to shoot him and he left the game to avoid rp situation and also combat logged to avoid the fight, he then flew back in a few mins later and i shot him and as soon as he was shot he left the game again doing the same thing.
please punish this person as stuff like this ruins rp completely.
