Reviewed Warning for RDM I Hydra Nobody

I received a punishment for RDM but I feel this is in correct as I was fearing for my life, the player had driven his car across a field and intentionally hit me with it in an attempt to kill me. I do not feel I should still have to give demands as he had already initiated the RP. I could understand if someone accidently hit me and I shot at them but his actions to chase me across the field were very intentional on trying to kill me. Please review this and hopefully remove my warn.
